I have been holding off writing this post because there were a few things I needed to take care of first, but I am so incredibly excited to announce that I am officially employed by Lush. I am a huge, huge, HUGE fan of the cosmetic store and I still can’t believe I managed to snag a position with them. Somebody pinch me 😉

Although the position is only seasonal, and I am leaving an all-year-round position, I knew I would have forever regretted turning it down. Besides, what’s the point of living without taking a few risks. While the idea of possibly being out of work once the Christmas season comes to a close, I’m choosing to ignore that fact for the time being. So far, I’ve only had a few shifts, I am loving it already! There is so much history behind the Lush name and products, not to mention a few cheeky stories as well.

And probably the best bonus of working at Lush of all, is that we each received a big box of goodies from their Halloween and Christmas lines. I’ve only used a few products so far, but I am literally in heaven. I’m up to my ears in soaps, bath bombs and shower gel.. Oh my! I’ve been having so much fun trying out all the wonderful items in my box, and I can’t wait to begin sharing them with all of you. Stay tuned for my reviews on a few of my favourite products 🙂
